Instructions
- Cut bacon into thirds.
- Wrap each little smokie with a piece of bacon, seam side down, in a baking dish.
- Mix brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the mixture over the wrapped smokies and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 45 minutes, adding foil if needed.
- Broil until lightly golden brown.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
