– 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces

Instructions
1-First: mix the panko breadcrumbs, all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Dip each piece of the 1 pound chicken, cut into 2-inch pieces, into the egg mixture, then coat it with the breadcrumb mix, pressing to make it stick.
2-For a thicker breading: repeat the dipping process. Once coated, spray your air fryer tray with olive oil cooking spray and arrange the chicken in a single layer without crowding.
3-Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through to get that even crisp.
