Instructions

2-Cream together the butter and sugars until smooth, then beat in the eggs to blend everything well.

3-Stir in the sour cream, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract for added moisture and flavor.

4-In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add this dry mix to the butter mixture, stirring just until combined.
