🥭 Bright, fresh mango paired with protein‑rich black beans creates a zesty bite that impresses any palate.
🫘 Quick‑bake wonton cups turn this vibrant salsa into a portable, crowd‑pleasing appetizer.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 2530 bite‑size wonton cups 1x

Ingredients

Scale

12 wonton wrappers

1 can (approximately 410 g) diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained

1 can (approximately 425 g) black beans, drained

1 can (approximately 300 g) whole-kernel corn, drained

1 ripe mango, peeled and diced (about 1 cup)

1/2 cup (approximately 75 g) chopped green onions

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped (approximately 2 tbsp)

Instructions

1-Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Gently press each wonton wrapper into a mini-baking cup, folding the corners outward to help it hold its shape. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, until the cups are firm and lightly golden.

2-While the cups are baking, combine the diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, mango, green onions, cumin, and cilantro in a bowl. Stir everything until it’s evenly mixed and well-drained to avoid any sogginess later.

3-Remove the baked wonton cups from the oven, then spoon the salsa mixture into each one. Serve them right away for the best crunch and flavor it’s that easy!

Notes

💡 Drain the canned ingredients thoroughly to prevent soggy cups.
🔄 Feel free to swap the tomato‑bean‑corn mix for any chunky salsa you like.
🧁 Experiment with different shapes—press the wrappers into mini‑muffin tins for a deeper cup.
