🍔 Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs combine rich, savory beef with cheesy goodness wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.
🧄 This recipe offers a fun, mess-free way to enjoy all the flavors of a cheeseburger in a convenient bite-sized snack.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 8 bombs

Ingredients

– 1 pound ground beef (preferably 80/20 blend)

– 2 cloves minced garlic

– ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 cup cheddar cheese cubed or shredded

– 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (eight count, flaky layers)

– 2 tablespoons melted butter

– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1-First, gather all ingredients and set up your workspace by preheating the oven to 375°F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper or a light grease. Cook the 1 pound of ground beef with 2 cloves of minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain any excess fat. Remove from heat and mix in the ½ cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of cheddar cheese cubed or shredded to create a savory filling.

2-Next, flatten each of the eight pieces from the 16.3 oz can of refrigerated biscuit dough into a 4-inch circle. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto the center of each circle, leaving space around the edges. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch tightly to seal, using a bit of water if needed to keep them closed. Place the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, brush with the 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.

3-Let the bombs rest for 5 minutes before serving, and add the 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley for garnish if you want a fresh touch.
