🍫 These Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Bars combine rich chocolate and caramel with a satisfying salty crunch for a perfect treat.
🥨 The layers of buttery graham cracker crust, fudgy chocolate, and crunchy pretzels create a delicious balance of sweet and salty flavors that everyone will love.

  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 12 bars

Ingredients

– 28 whole graham cracker sheets (each sheet with 4 crackers)

– 12 tablespoons of melted butter

– 3 tablespoons of sugar

– A pinch of salt

– Two 14-ounce cans of sweetened condensed milk

– Two 10-ounce bags of bittersweet chocolate chips

– 1.5 cups of mini pretzels

– 1 cup of caramels cut into quarters or caramel bits

Instructions

1-First, pulse the 28 whole graham cracker sheets into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand. Mix these crumbs with 12 tablespoons of melted butter, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and a pinch of salt until well combined, then press the mixture firmly into a greased 9×13 inch pan to form the crust. Bake this at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes until it’s golden and set, giving you a solid base for the rest.

2-Next, for the chocolate layer, heat the two 14-ounce cans of sweetened condensed milk and two 10-ounce bags of bittersweet chocolate chips over low heat. Stir until everything melts into a smooth mixture, then pour it evenly over the baked crust. Top this with 1.5 cups of mini pretzels and 1 cup of caramels cut into quarters or caramel bits, pressing them gently into the chocolate.

3-Bake the assembled bars for another 15 to 20 minutes until everything sets nicely. Let them cool completely before cutting this helps the layers hold their shape.

Notes

🍴 Press pretzels gently into the chocolate layer to keep them intact but well embedded.
❄️ Chill bars before cutting to ensure clean slices and easier handling.
🧾 Store bars at room temperature for a few days or refrigerate for longer freshness.
