Ingredients
– 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies (about 36 cookies)
– 24 ounces candy melts
– Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
1-Place some parchment under the bowl of melted candy melts to catch any drips and make cleanup easier.
2-Using a fork, dip one chocolate sandwich cookie into the melted mixture, flipping it to cover it completely.
3-Lift the cookie with the fork, tap it gently on the side of the bowl to remove excess, and place it on the prepared baking sheet for a smooth coating.
4-Add sprinkles right away before the chocolate hardens, or wait until it cools and drizzle with another type of chocolate for extra flair.
5-Let the coated cookies sit until fully dry about 30 minutes at room temperature or 15 minutes in the fridge.
Notes
π« Use quality candy melts or melting wafers for a smooth, shiny finish without tempering.
π΄ Avoid piercing cookies with the fork to prevent breaking during dipping.
π©βπ³ Tap excess chocolate off dipped cookies to keep the coating even and smooth.
