πŸŽƒ Enjoy festive and fun Easy Pumpkin Pretzels that make perfect quick and tasty fall snacks for any occasion.
🍫 These chocolate-covered pretzels combine crunchy, sweet, and colorful flavors to delight both kids and adults alike.

  • Total Time: 45-75 minutes
  • Yield: 36 pumpkin pretzels

Ingredients

– 36 mini pretzels

– 3/4 cup white chocolate chips or orange candy melts for coating

– 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil or shortening (optional, only if needed to thin the chocolate)

– Orange food coloring for color

– 36 green chocolate candies for pumpkin stems

Instructions

1-First, line a baking sheet with parchment paper to keep things neat and help your pretzels set properly. This sets the stage for easy cleanup and perfect results.

2-Next, melt 3/4 cup white chocolate chips in a glass bowl in the microwave on high for 1 minute, then let it sit for 1 minute to melt evenly without burning.

3-Stir gently and microwave again in 15-second intervals if needed until it’s smooth. If you’re using orange candy melts, skip adding coconut oil or shortening. Add orange food coloring to the melted chocolate and mix gently to get that pumpkin color just right.

4-Dip each mini pretzel into the melted orange chocolate, tapping off any excess to avoid drips. Place the dipped pretzel on the prepared baking sheet right away. Immediately place one green candy sideways into the top indent of each pretzel to make it look like a pumpkin stem, adding that cute finishing touch.

5-Let the pretzels set for 30 to 60 minutes or until the chocolate hardens completely. If you run low on melted chocolate, reheat as necessary and repeat the coating and decorating until all 36 pretzels are done. Once finished, store them in an airtight container to keep them fresh and crunchy.

Notes

🍫 Use a glass or ceramic bowl to melt chocolate to avoid overheating.
⏲ Melt chocolate slowly in short intervals and stir to prevent burning or seizing.
πŸ₯₯ Add 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil or shortening if chocolate is too thick for dipping.
