– 1 1/2 cups fresh squeezed clementine or blood orange juice for a pitcher serving four

– Two 12-ounce bottles of ginger beer added just before serving for a pitcher serving four

– Arils from one pomegranate for the pitcher added just before serving

– Fresh thyme or mint for garnish on each serving for the pitcher

Instructions

1-Gather all ingredients like 2 ounces vodka, 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur, and 1/3 cup fresh squeezed clementine or blood orange juice for a single serving.

2-Combine the liquids in a cocktail glass filled with ice for a single serving, or mix 1 cup vodka, 1/2 cup elderflower liqueur, and 1 1/2 cups fresh squeezed juice in a large pitcher for four servings.

3-Stir gently to blend the flavors, then chill the pitcher until you’re ready to serve.

4-Add ice and ginger beer just before serving use a splash or two for a single serving, or two 12-ounce bottles for the pitcher to keep that carbonation fresh.

5-Garnish with pomegranate arils and a sprig of fresh thyme or mint for a pop of color and aroma.
