🍽️ Enjoy a delightful combination of sweet and tangy flavors with these easy-to-make cranberry meatballs.
✨ Perfect for parties or family dinners, they bring a festive touch and tender, savory taste.

  • Total Time: 3 hours 40 minutes
  • Yield: About 6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

26 ounces frozen bite-size meatballs

14 ounces whole cranberry sauce

12 ounces chili sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons dark brown sugar

1 lb ground turkey Provides lean protein and a tender texture

1 cup fresh cranberries Adds tartness and antioxidants

1/2 cup breadcrumbs Helps bind the meatballs together

1/4 cup finely chopped onion Enhances flavor and moisture

1 egg Acts as a binder

1/2 cup cranberry sauce Coats meatballs for sweetness and glaze

Instructions

1-First, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2-Next, in a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, and egg. Mix everything thoroughly to ensure even distribution and a consistent texture.

3-Then, form the mixture into bite-sized meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet for even cooking.

4-After that, bake the meatballs for 20 minutes, turning them halfway to cook evenly and achieve that golden brown look.

5-While the meatballs bake, warm the cranberry sauce mixture including the 14 ounces of whole cranberry sauce, 12 ounces of chili sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of dark brown sugar in a saucepan over low heat to create that flavorful glaze.

6-Finally, once the meatballs are cooked through, toss them gently in the warm sauce until they’re evenly coated, and serve right away for the best taste.

Notes

🎉 Use grape jelly as a substitute for cranberry sauce for a different but equally delicious flavor.
⏲️ Slow cook on low for tender meatballs and developed sauce flavors.
🍽️ Stir occasionally while cooking to prevent the sauce from sticking and burning.
