Instructions

1-Getting started with this Cream Of Chicken Soup is as easy as rounding up your ingredients and following a few simple steps. First, temper the milk by microwaving it for 45 seconds to ensure it blends smoothly into the soup.

2-Next, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it’s foaming, which takes about 3 minutes, to build a flavorful base.

3-Then, gradually whisk in the flour constantly for 3-5 minutes until the mixture resembles wet sand, and remove it from the heat to prevent burning.
