– 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
– 1 avocado, diced
– 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
– 1 avocado
– ½ lime, juiced
– ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
– ½ teaspoon cumin
– ½ teaspoon garlic powder
– ½ cup buttermilk
– ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
– Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook pasta: Boil and rinse
2. Make dressing: Blend ingredients
3. Combine and chill: Mix and refrigerate
