Instructions
1-First, prepare your ingredients by mincing the garlic, chopping the herbs, and thickly slicing the mushrooms. This step sets the stage for smooth cooking and ensures everything is ready when you need it.
2-Next, heat a skillet with 1/2 tbsp butter and 1/2 tbsp oil, then sauté the mushrooms with 1/2 tsp garlic salt for about 5 minutes until they turn golden; set them aside once done.
3-Season the chicken tenders with 1 tsp garlic salt and cook them in the same pan using the remaining 1/2 tbsp butter and oil. Sear for about 2 minutes per side until nearly cooked through. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, then toss in the chopped dill, parsley, and green onion for another minute to release their aromas.
4-Return the mushrooms to the pan, stir in the heavy whipping cream, and bring it to a light boil. Let it cook for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly, then remove from heat and adjust seasoning if needed. This method keeps the chicken juicy and the sauce creamy, just like in our mushroom-based side dishes that add extra flair to meals.
