🌮 Easy Taco Crescent Roll Pizza Recipe for Quick Family Meals is a simple and tasty dish that comes together fast, making it ideal for busy weeknights.
🧀 This recipe combines creamy, cheesy, and savory elements with fresh toppings for a crowd-pleasing Tex-Mex inspired meal everyone will love.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

– 16 ounces of crescent dough

– 8 ounces of cream cheese

– ½ cup sour cream

– 2 ounces taco seasoning

– 1 pound of ground beef

– 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

– 1 cup shredded lettuce

– ¾ cup diced tomatoes

– ⅓ cup chopped cilantro

– ⅓ cup taco sauce

– Black olives

– Avocado

– Black beans

– Onions

– Jalapeno peppers

Instructions

1-First Step: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to keep things from sticking.

2-Second Step: Unroll the 16 ounces of crescent dough without separating it. Spread it evenly on the prepared sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden. Let it cool for 5 minutes. This prebake gives that perfect flaky base.

3-Third Step: While the crust bakes, brown the 1 pound of ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain the fat, then add 2 ounces taco seasoning and ¼ cup of water. Cook for another 5 minutes until flavorful and thickened.

4-Fourth Step: Soften the 8 ounces of cream cheese in the microwave. Mix it with ½ cup sour cream and the remaining taco seasoning until smooth and creamy.

5-Fifth Step: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crescent crust. Layer the cooked taco meat on top.

6-Sixth Step: Drizzle with ⅓ cup taco sauce. Sprinkle 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese over everything.

7-Seventh Step: Add 1 cup shredded lettuce, ¾ cup diced tomatoes, ⅓ cup chopped cilantro, and any optional toppings like black olives or avocado. (Pro tip: Add veggies right before serving for max crunch.)

8-Final Step: Cut into 12 slices and serve immediately. Enjoy the cheers from your family!

Notes

❄️ Fully cool the crust before spreading cream cheese mixture to prevent melting.
🥗 Add fresh vegetables just before serving to keep them crisp.
🕒 Serve within a few hours for best texture; can freeze after baking crust and cream cheese spread but before fresh toppings.
