1½ pounds baby potatoes, halved
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
1 medium onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

1-Slice 2 pounds kielbasa into ½-inch rounds: Slice 2 pounds kielbasa into ½-inch rounds. Halve 1½ pounds baby potatoes. Trim 1 pound green beans. Slice 1 medium onion and mince 4 cloves garlic.
2-In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons: In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, and 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning.
3-Place the 1½ pounds halved baby potatoes: Place the 1½ pounds halved baby potatoes into the black oval crockpot. Add the sliced 2 pounds kielbasa, 1 pound trimmed green beans, sliced onion, and minced garlic. Pour in 1 cup chicken broth and drizzle the seasoned butter mixture over everything.
4-Cover and cook on Low for 6-7: Cover and cook on Low for 6-7 hours or High for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are tender and the green beans are cooked.
5-Sprinkle ½ cup freshly shredded sharp cheddar: Sprinkle ½ cup freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the cooked kielbasa, potatoes, and green beans. Gently stir until the cheese melts into the creamy sauce and everything is evenly coated. Cover and cook for another 5-10 minutes on LOW, just until the cheese is fully melted and creamy.
6-Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley over: Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley over the cooked kielbasa, potatoes, and green beans. Serve warm.
