Ingredients
– 4 large 12-inch flour tortillas
– 4 slices (about 5 ounces) provolone cheese torn or shredded
– 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
– 3/4 cup French fried onions
– Olive oil for sealing edges and brushing on top
– 1 can (10.5 oz) beef consommé or broth for dipping sauce
– 3/4 cup water for dipping sauce
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce for dipping sauce
– 1 teaspoon soy sauce for dipping sauce
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder for dipping sauce
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder for dipping sauce
Instructions
1-Gather ingredients and preheat oven to 425ºF.
2-Warm tortillas for pliability.
3-Layer roast beef, cheese, and onions on each tortilla.
4-Roll tightly, seal with olive oil, and brush tops.
5-Bake for 10 minutes until browned.
6-Prepare and warm the dipping sauce simultaneously.
7-Cut and serve with dip.

🥖 Use large burrito-sized tortillas for easier rolling – smaller tortillas will be difficult to work with and may tear
