Instructions

1-Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt in a bowl to combine the dry ingredients.

2-In a separate bowl, cream the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy for the best texture.

3-Add the egg and vanilla extract, mix well, then scrape the bowl and mix again to ensure everything is even.

4-Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined to avoid overworking the dough.

5-Gently fold in the sprinkles until just incorporated to prevent color bleeding and keep the fun colors vibrant.
