🍔 These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs deliver a savory, cheesy bite perfect for snacking or a fun meal.
🧄 Combining juicy ground beef with rich parmesan and cheddar cheese, they’re easy to make and full of flavor.

  • Total Time: 27 to 30 minutes

Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 medium onion, finely diced

– 2 garlic cloves, minced

– ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, divided

– 1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese

– 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

– 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

– ½ teaspoon garlic powder

– Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1-First, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This sets the stage for even baking and prevents any sticking. While the oven heats, prep your ingredients like mincing the garlic and dicing the onion to keep things moving smoothly.

2-Next, in a skillet over medium-high heat, cook 1 lb of ground beef with 1 medium onion and 2 garlic cloves until the beef is browned and the onions soften. Don’t forget to drain the excess fat and season with salt and pepper to taste for that perfect flavor base.

3-Then, stir in ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese and 1 cup of freshly grated cheddar cheese until everything melts together nicely. Let this mixture cool a bit so it’s easier to handle when filling the dough.

4-Now, flatten each piece from 1 can (16.3 oz) of biscuit dough into a disc shape. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the beef and cheese filling into the center of each, then fold and pinch the edges tightly to seal. Place them seam-side down on your prepared baking sheet.

5-Mix 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter with ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley, and the remaining 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the tops for an extra flavor kick.

6-Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the bombs are golden and puffed up. Once done, let them cool slightly before serving, and garnish with extra parsley or parmesan if you like. For more ideas on baking tricks, think about how these steps align with our other easy recipes to build your skills.
