Ingredients

– 1 pound imitation crab meat

– 1/2 cup finely chopped celery

– 2 teaspoons lemon juice

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill with extra dill for garnish if desired

Instructions

1-First, prepare all ingredients by chopping the celery, red onion, and dill as needed.

2-In a large bowl, add the 1 pound of imitation crab meat along with the 1/2 cup finely chopped celery and 3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion.

3-Next, mix in the 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon seasoning, and 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill.

4-Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then stir everything gently to coat evenly without breaking up the crab too much.

5-Taste and adjust as needed; you can add more lemon juice or dill for extra zest.

6-Finally, chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes if possible, and garnish with additional chopped dill before serving.
