Instructions

1-Prep the seasoning and chicken: Combine ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ½ teaspoon dried basil, 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper. Evenly coat the 1-inch chicken pieces patted dry.

2-Start cooking: Melt 2 tablespoons unsalted butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add chicken in a single layer. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and nearly done.

3-Add flavor boost: Toss in remaining 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons minced garlic. Cook 1 more minute until fragrant and chicken hits 165°F (74°C) inside.

4-Finish with lemon: Drizzle 2 tablespoons lemon juice over the chicken bites and stir. Serve hot!
