Ingredients
– Pizza dough
– about 5 oz or 150 grams mozzarella cheese fresh whole-milk mozzarella or firm shredded
– Parmesan cheese grated for finishing
– Fresh parsley chopped
– 1 small clove Garlic grated
– 1 Lemon for zest and juice
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Salt to taste
– Black pepper to taste
– Water for the lemon brine
Instructions
1-Preheat oven and prepare dough.
2-Mix and apply the lemon brine.
3-Add cheese and seasonings.
4-Bake and garnish before serving.

π₯ Preheat the oven fully and bake on the bottom rack near the heat source for a crisp crust.
π Stretch dough gently by hand to preserve air bubbles and achieve a light texture.
