– ¼ cup poppy seeds

Instructions

1-In a medium bowl, whisk together ½ cup cashew butter, ¼ cup honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, the juice of 1 medium lemon, and the zest of 1 medium lemon.

2-Add 1 ¼ cups almond flour, ¼ cup vanilla protein powder, 1 teaspoon ground turmeric, and ¼ cup poppy seeds, then stir until combined.

3-Roll the mixture into approximately 11 rounded tablespoon-sized balls.

4-Sprinkle with unsweetened shredded coconut flakes if desired.
