Instructions
1-First, place the frozen mango in a food processor or blender and blend until it’s coarsely ground, which sets the base for that creamy texture.
2-Next, add the agave nectar and lime juice if you’re using it, then blend everything until smooth and spoonable, making sure to scrape down the sides as you go for an even mix.
3-Once blended, spoon the mixture into a freezer-safe container with a lid and pop it in the freezer for at least one hour to firm up.
