Instructions
1-Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with high-heat-resistant parchment paper.
2-Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer on the baking sheet.
3-In a medium bowl, mix the olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper to form a seasoning paste.
4-Coat the chicken drumsticks evenly with the seasoning paste using a pastry brush or your hands.
5-Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), measured with a probe thermometer avoiding bone contact.
6-Baste the drumsticks with pan juices before serving.

🔥 Bake uncovered but check at 30 minutes; if skin darkens too much, loosely cover with foil and continue baking.
