Ingredients

– 4 fresh peaches

– 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

– 2 tablespoons brown sugar (adjust to taste)

– Β½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

– ΒΌ teaspoon ginger powder

– A pinch of salt

Instructions

1-Cut each peach in half vertically and remove the seed to prepare them for cooking.

2-Melt 1 tablespoon unsalted butter in a pan over medium heat.

3-Add 2 tablespoons brown sugar, Β½ teaspoon cinnamon powder, ΒΌ teaspoon ginger powder, and a pinch of salt to the melted butter; mix well.

4-Place peach halves cut side down in the pan.

5-Cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the cut side is browned and caramelized.

6-Gently turn the peach halves over and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes.

7-Serve hot, optionally with vanilla ice cream, Greek yogurt, pancakes, or cake for a complete treat.
