Ingredients

– 3 cloves Garlic Cloves (peeled and minced)

– 2 (8-inch) Premade Pizza Crusts

– 1 cup Pizza Sauce

– 6 slices American Cheese

– 5 ounces Mozzarella Cheese (grated)

– 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (grated)

– 12 slices Pepperoni

– ⅓ cup Canned Sliced Mushrooms (drained)

– Optional Fresh basil leaves for garnish

– Optional crushed red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions

1-Season the ground beef: with 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper, then press it into a skillet and broil until fully cooked.

2-Sauté the sliced yellow onion and minced garlic cloves: in 2 tablespoons unsalted butter until they turn tender and fragrant.

3-Lay one 8-inch premade pizza crust in the skillet as the base: then add ½ cup pizza sauce, the cooked beef, sautéed onions, garlic, and 6 slices of American cheese on top.

4-Place the second pizza crust upside down over the fillings: to seal everything in.

5-Spread the remaining ½ cup pizza sauce on the top crust: then layer with 5 ounces grated mozzarella, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan, 12 slices pepperoni, and ⅓ cup drained canned sliced mushrooms.

6-Bake the pie at 450°F: for 20-25 minutes until the crust turns golden and the cheese melts perfectly.

7-Let it cool a bit, slice into wedges, and serve: with optional garnishes like fresh basil leaves or crushed red pepper flakes for extra flair.
