🍏 Poison Apple Halloween Fudge offers a fun, no-bake treat with vibrant green and black layers that capture the spooky fall spirit.
πŸ‘» With a delicious white chocolate and green apple flavor, it’s perfect for festive parties and Halloween celebrations.

  • Total Time: 12 hours 30 minutes
  • Yield: Approximately 32 bite-size pieces

Ingredients

– 3 cups white chocolate chips for the green layer

– 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk for the green layer

– 4 tablespoons softened butter for the green layer

– 4 drops neon green food coloring for the green layer

– 2 teaspoons green apple extract for the green layer

– 3 cups white chocolate chips for the black layers

– 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk for the black layers

– 4 tablespoons butter for the black layers

– 2 teaspoons green apple extract for the black layers

– 4 drops black gel food coloring for the black layers

Instructions

1-First, line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper for the green layer. Stir the neon green food coloring into the sweetened condensed milk until it’s uniformly bright, then combine it with the white chocolate chips and softened butter in a saucepan. Warm this over medium heat, stirring frequently until everything melts into a smooth mixture. Once done, stir in the green apple extract, pour it into the pan, and let it harden in the fridge.

2-Next, for the black layers, remove the hardened green fudge from the pan and parchment, then re-line the pan with fresh parchment. Mix the black gel food coloring into another can of sweetened condensed milk until it’s fully black. Heat this with the white chocolate chips and butter in a clean saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth, then add the green apple extract. Pour half of this black mixture into the pan, gently place the green fudge block on top, and spread the remaining black mixture evenly over it. Pop it in the fridge to chill until fully hardened about 12 hours!

3-Once your fudge is set, cut it into 1.5-inch blocks for about 32 bite-size pieces, and you’re all set for your Halloween party!

Notes

🍬 Cut fudge into 1.5-inch blocks for perfect, bite-sized pieces.
🍫 Use high-quality white chocolate chips for the best flavor and texture.
❄️ Store fudge layered with parchment paper in an airtight container to prevent sticking and preserve freshness.
