  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 8 roll-ups

Ingredients

– 8 sausage links savory protein base

– 4 large eggs fluffy filling

– 2 tablespoons of milk

– Β½ cup shredded cheddar cheese creamy melt

– 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough portable wrap

Instructions

1-Cook the sausages: Fully cook 8 sausage links in a skillet over medium heat until browned and no longer pink inside, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside.

2-Prepare the eggs: In a bowl, beat 4 large eggs with 2 tablespoons of milk. Reserve a small amount for brushing later.

3-Scramble the eggs: Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring gently, until just set, about 2-3 minutes. Each roll-up gets about 1 tablespoon.

4-Prep the dough: Unroll 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles on a clean surface.

5-Assemble: Place one cooked sausage link on each triangle, add 1 tablespoon scrambled eggs, and a pinch of the Β½ cup shredded cheddar cheese.

6-Roll up: Roll each triangle tightly around the fillings, starting from the wide end. Place seam-side down on an ungreased cookie sheet.

7-Bake: Brush tops with reserved egg mixture. Bake at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 16 to 18 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm!
