🐟 These Smoked Salmon Tea Sandwiches offer an elegant and flavorful treat perfect for sophisticated parties and gatherings.
πŸ₯’ The fresh herbs and crisp vegetables complement the rich smoked salmon, creating a balanced and delightful bite every time.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 10 sandwiches

Ingredients

– 4 ounces whipped cream cheese

– 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions

– 1 tablespoon finely minced fresh dill

– 10 slices bread

– 4 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon

– Β½ cucumber, thinly sliced

– 2 radishes, thinly sliced

– Sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1-In a medium bowl, mix whipped cream cheese, green onions, fresh dill, salt, and pepper until combined. Set aside at room temperature to let the flavors blend.

2-Thinly slice radishes and place them in cold water to keep their color vibrant and fresh.

3-Thinly slice the cucumber to add that crisp texture without overwhelming the sandwich.

4-Remove crusts from the bread slices and cut each slice into Β½ to ΒΎ-inch thick pieces for a neat presentation.

5-Spread a thin layer of the herb cream cheese mixture onto one side of two bread slices.

6-On one slice with cream cheese, layer the sliced cucumbers, followed by the smoked salmon, and then the sliced radishes for a flavorful stack.

7-Place the second slice of bread (cream cheese side down) on top to form the sandwich, pressing gently to hold it together.

8-Slice each assembled sandwich into 4 smaller pieces and serve immediately for the best taste.

9-Repeat steps 5-8 with the remaining ingredients to make a full batch.

Notes

🍞 Ensure ingredients do not extend over bread edges to keep sandwiches tight after slicing.
πŸ§€ Use whipped cream cheese or whip regular cream cheese until light and fluffy for easy spreading.
🌿 Fresh dill and green onions or chives enhance flavor; cucumbers and radishes add freshness.
