Ingredients
– 1 (12 oz) bag frozen raspberries, thawed, or 12 oz fresh raspberries
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 (12 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed in the fridge
– 1 cup fresh lemon juice (from about 6 medium lemons) combined with 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 (2 Liter) bottle chilled club soda
– Fresh ice for serving
– Fresh raspberries and lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1-First, in an electric blender, puree the thawed lemonade concentrate, granulated sugar, and thawed raspberries until smooth thatβs the base of your drink.
2-For a smoother texture, strain the syrup through cheesecloth or a sieve to remove seeds; discard the seeds to avoid any bits in your final pour.
3-Just before serving, slowly mix the raspberry lemonade syrup with the chilled club soda in a punch bowl to keep that fizz alive.
4-Add fresh raspberries and lemon slices for garnish if you want to make it look extra inviting.
5-For individual servings, fill a tall glass with ice, add 1/3 cup of the raspberry syrup, gently pour 1 cup of club soda over it, and top with garnishes.
Notes
π Prepare raspberry syrup up to 2 days ahead and refrigerate for convenience.
π₯€ Use fresh or frozen raspberries depending on availability.
β οΈ Strain syrup to remove seeds; it takes extra time but results in smoother drink.
