– 1 tablespoon brown sugar for sweetening (table)

Instructions

1-First, mix all rub ingredients in a bowl and store if needed.

2-Prepare and season the turkey, applying rub under the skin gently.

3-Refrigerate for 12 hours, then roast with regular basting.

4-Check temperature and rest before serving.
