Ingredients
– 12 large eggs provides protein and structure
– 6 drops blue food color creates the spiderweb effect
– 3 drops green food color creates the spiderweb effect
– 6 tablespoons mayonnaise adds creaminess and flavor
– 2 teaspoons mustard adds creaminess and flavor
– 2 teaspoons vinegar adds creaminess and flavor
Instructions
1-Boiling and Coloring the Eggs: First, boil the eggs for 10 minutes until hard-boiled, then cool them in ice water to stop cooking and make peeling easier. Next, mix water and blue food color in a large bowl, gently crack the shells without removing them, and place the eggs in the colored water. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to get that spiderweb effect, as this step is crucial for the best color results.
2-Mixing and Assembling: After refrigeration, remove the eggs, peel carefully, and cut each in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and transfer them to a bowl, then mash with mayonnaise, green food coloring, mustard, and vinegar until smooth. Pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves and garnish with black sesame seeds for a spider-like touch.
