Instructions
1-Chill mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for 30 minutes.
2-Beat cold cream cheese on medium-low speed until smooth.
3-Gradually add powdered sugar, starting on low speed then increasing to medium-high for about 1 minute, scraping the bowl as needed.
4-Add vanilla extract.
5-Slowly pour in the cold heavy whipping cream in approximately 4 additions while mixing on medium-high speed.
6-Watch closely and stop mixing immediately once stiff peaks form.
7-Use to frost cupcakes, cakes, cookies, or ice cream.
