Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips

ΒΌ cup heavy cream or condensed milk

2 cups melted white chocolate for coating

1 cup toppings such as chopped nuts, candies, sprinkles, powdered sugar, or shredded coconut

Instructions

1-Combine 2 cups white chocolate chips and ΒΌ cup heavy cream or condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl.

2-Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each one, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.

3-Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until the mixture firms up nicely.

4-Scoop small portions of the firm mixture and shape them into balls using your hands or a tool.

5-Dip each ball into 2 cups of melted white chocolate for a glossy coating.

6-Right away, roll the coated ball in 1 cup of your chosen toppings like chopped nuts or sprinkles.

7-Place the coated truffles on a tray lined with wax paper and let the chocolate set completely.

8-If you like, drizzle a bit more melted white chocolate on top for extra flair.

🧀 Use disposable gloves while shaping to prevent melting from hand warmth.
