3-Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until the mixture firms up nicely.
4-Scoop small portions of the firm mixture and shape them into balls using your hands or a tool.
5-Dip each ball into 2 cups of melted white chocolate for a glossy coating.
6-Right away, roll the coated ball in 1 cup of your chosen toppings like chopped nuts or sprinkles.
7-Place the coated truffles on a tray lined with wax paper and let the chocolate set completely.
8-If you like, drizzle a bit more melted white chocolate on top for extra flair.
