Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 cup white sugar
– 1/2 cup butter melted
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 tsp baking powder

– 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
1-Preheat the Oven: Ensure your oven is preheated to 350°F (175°C) before you begin preparing the ingredients.
2-Prepare the Baking Dish: Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
3-Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
4-Mix Wet Ingredients: Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
5-Bake the Cake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6-Cool: Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
